 阿顿（Michael Utton），教授，经济学博士。现任英国里丁大学商学院教授。主要研究领域为产业经济学、国际竞争政策、企业策略性行为、市场占优理论及反托拉斯政策。曾经在伦敦国家经济社会学院（National Institute of Economics and Social Research）、欧盟委员会（European Commission）、伦敦公平交易办公室、电信公平交易咨询机构等担任咨询职务。
